I'm Leandro Gularte, Broker / Owner of Pater Domus Real Estate LLC. I founded this brokerage because I believe Orlando families deserve more than a transaction — they deserve a trusted advisor who's still there a year, five years, a decade after closing.
I've spent my career in these neighborhoods — walking the streets of Lake Nona, studying the market trends of Hunters Creek, helping families plant roots in Kissimmee and St. Cloud. I know the schools, the builders, the hidden gems, and the pitfalls. That local knowledge is the difference between a good decision and a great one.
